Monitored academic and life skills focus time each day

12:1 Student to Teacher ratio to insure individualized attention

Daily academic accountability and weekly grade checks

Academic probation for athletes under 3.0 GPA

 

Daily Schedule:

  • 7:30am - 8:00am Student-Athlete drop off

  • 8:00am - 9:30am Academic Focus and Life Skills Training

  • 9:30am - 9:45am Break (Monday and Wednesday walk to Foodie Fit and select meals)

  • 9:45am - 11:00am Resume Academic Focus and Life Skills Training

  • 11:00am-12:00pm Lunch Break (Meal prep provided)

  • 12:00-2:00pm Athlete Performance Training and Recovery

  • 2:00-2:30pm Student-Athlete pick up time

 

ATHLETICALLY

Elite level performance training daily (5) days a week

Provided Meal Prep (Foodie Fit)

Indivdualized Meal Plan

12:1 Student to Trainer ratio for training sessions

Complete athlete recovery on a daily basis

Physical Therapy (as needed)
